All Managers and Coaches are required to to complete the Rutgers Safety course.  This course only needs to be taken once, no annual retest is needed.  TFLL will coordinate a date at the beginning of each season for all parents interested in coaching to attend this class. 

In addition, all Managers and Coaches are required to go through a background check which is conducted at the beginning of each season.  An ID card is issued upon completion of the background check which is required to be carried at all times during the season.
